A 100 % position as engineer in immunology, immune oncology for in-depth study of T cell responses and specificity in cancer and development of novel cancer therapies. The position is vacant from now and througout 2025 and further extension is possible.
We seek a highly motivated person for Research Engineer in a multidisciplinary team at the Department of Immunology at Oslo University Hospital (OUH) Rikshospitalet.
The successful applicant will perform T cell phenotyping, T cell assays including TCR specificity testing,functional T cell assays, drug sensitivity assays in our research portfolios, and will work in the research group of Prof Ludvig A Munthe. The research will be situated in the Department of immunology at the Oslo University Hospital-Rikshospitalet in close proximity to core facilities. The research will be strengthened by very active multi-dimensional research within PRIMA and other research groups at the Department of Immunology, a 350-person department that includes the Blood Bank, several diagnostics sections, 3 Research Centers and about 120 researchers.

Kvalifikasjoner:
- The candidate must have submitted a PhD thesis or have a PhD related to molecular biology, immunology and have in-depth knowledge of immune oncology.
- The candidate must have in-depth research experience with T cell phenotyping, T cell assays including TCR specificity testing, functional T cell assays, drug sensitivity assays.
- The candidate must have expert experience with high-dimensional spectral flow cytometry and OLINK analysis
