A Spares and Service Sales Engineer is project owner of spares and service projects, responsible for coordinating daily inquiries for spares and services towards installations handled by Global Customer Support. You will help improve projects in your field and deliver according to expectations on time, cost and quality.

What you will be doing
- Be a part of the support operation and ensure that all communication and customer requests are given the right attention.
- Collaboration with technical advisors, engineers, service coordinators, products responsible, and supply chain to meet customer needs.
- Creating quotations and performing sales of single spare parts, spares with configuration, minor Life Cycle Management upgrades, service jobs and replacement units.
- Responsible for your own customer portfolio and the economical result in own project portfolio
- General product knowledge and continuous development to perform efficient execution of tasks.
- Daily customer contact and follow up.
We think you should have
- Technical or economical bachelor or similar
- Systematic and structured
- Focus on customer satisfaction
- Fluency in Norwegian and English both verbal and in writing
