Work Scope and Responsibility

• Managing of field operation for E&C projects.

• Implement KM/KMK company policy/strategy/goals into the team.

• Development of individual skill and competence for staff.

• Set-up individual & team goals, follow-up and evaluation of performance for staff.

• Promoting team work and building human relationship within the team.

• Cooperating with other team/department/KM-HQ/KMK subsidiaries for mutual support.

• Supporting superior for maintenance of QMS/HSE.

• Implementation of quality measures within team.

• Check and approval of personnel applications for team members.

• Supporting superior for budgeting of department including dimensioning of capacity.

• Responsible for site office Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.

• Responsible for workplace and inventory.

• Responsible for resource planning and resource management within team.

• Drive optimize commissioning and technical support.

• Stand as acting team manager for covering the absence of other team manager/s.

• Join and support project & operation managers during meetings with customers and owner representatives.

 English language requirements

• To be able to engage conversation about serious topics like advice, recommendations, etc.

• To be able to take presentations in English.

• To be able to write own opinions, questions and requests for serious topics clearly, logically and efficiently.

• Support the opinions by using additional information through reasons and/or examples.
